At Careflexa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return request. By purchasing from careflexa.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
02. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted, except in cases where a defect or issue is identified and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

03. What Can & Cannot Be Returned

- Product received in damaged or broken condition
- Wrong product delivered (not what was ordered)
- Orthopedic/support products that are unused and in original sealed packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Expired products delivered
β Not Eligible for Return
- Opened supplement capsules, tablets, or softgels
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original box/tags/packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
π Note on Supplements: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened nutritional supplements (capsules, tablets, powders, softgels) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless the product is found to be defective or expired.
04. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 β Contact Us within 7 Days
Email support@careflexa.com or call +91-9310788897 with your Order ID and reason for return.
Step 2 β Share Photographs
Send clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defect. This helps us process your request faster.
Step 3 β Await Approval
Our team will review your request within 1β2 business days and confirm eligibility.
Step 4 β Reverse Pickup Scheduled
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address. Please keep the product ready in its original packaging.
Step 5 β Refund Processed
After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within the applicable timeline.
05. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and quality-checked at our facility.

π¦ For COD orders, please share your bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder name with our support team when raising your return request.
β Refunds will be rejected if the returned product is found to be used, tampered with, or does not match the original item dispatched.
06. Replacement Option
In cases where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be processed automatically.
07. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

β οΈ Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery.
08. Non-Refundable Situations
Careflexa reserves the right to decline a return or refund request in the following situations:
- Return request raised after the 7-day window
- Product has been used, opened, or the seal is broken (for supplements)
- Product has been damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer
- The product returned does not match the item in the original order
- Original packaging, invoice, or accessories are missing
- Fraudulent or repeated return requests from the same account
